Day 4 - 247.4 lbs

That's what I am talking about!!! Almost 5 lbs now. Only 30 lbs to go. I feel good!

Food intake:

subway footlong on flat bread. Chicken breast. 660 cal
baked lays. 120 cal
ate dinner at mom and dads. Chicken, rice, veggies, salad, peanuts and grapefruit juice. Total of 800 cals or so
