Day 7 250 lbs

After eating a bunch late last night I am ok with 250 lbs. Tomorrow I expect a few lbs less.

Food:

5 Jelly Beans. 25 cal
Peanuts. 50 cal
Juice. 50 cal
roast beef. 500 cal
bread and carrots 150 cal
pita chips 200 cal
hummus 100 cal
yogurt and cereal. 300 cal
