Day 9. - 246.2

A full 5 lbs in. 8 days. If I keep it up I will make it for sure. I do need to work out more though.

Food:
Subway footlong chicken breast on flat bread. 660 cal
Baked Lays 120 cal
Veggie Burger 500 cal
Fruit cup 100 cal
