Day 16 - 247.2 lbs

Ok I worked out yesturday and that s the key. I am going to buckle down on all of my rules. No soda, no food after 8pm, 1600 cals a day. I want to be down to 242 lbs b Friday. I think I can do it.

Food:
Cereal. 250 cal
Cereal. 250 cal
Black bean burgers. 370 cal
Soy nuts. 130 cal
Vietnamese pho and spring roll. 800
