Day 18 - 245.7 lbs

It's working. 7 of 35 lbs. A fifth of the way there. The 240's have been the hardest to break through. I hope one I do the 30's and 20's will be easier. We will see.

Oat meal. 200 cal
subway 700 cal
chips 120 cal
pizza 400 cal
