Well this has been a busy week to say the least. I was down to 246.6 yesterday, but had a late dinner so I think the scale was higher than if I would have slept in and lay the food digest. I realize that working out is the key. I did not do it at all this week. Starting Monday I am going to hit it with the work outs.

Breakfast tacos. 300 cal
misc little snacks at church. 400 cal
