Day 1b 251.6 lbs

I weighed 251.6 lbs today

Ran 2 miles in 24:10 outside using Nike + ipod
Burned 372 calories

Half Lenny's sub (left over) 400 cal
Spicy black bean burger x2 240 cal
Broccoli and caulflower 105 cal
Subway footlong chicken breast on flat bread and cheese. 760 cal

I am going to workout at least 5 days a week and eat 1600 calories per day with one free day of 2200 calories. It may change up later but for now this is why it will be.

Throughout the day I will edit the daily blog entry with updates on what I eat and workouts.

  1. It's hard to lose wight, but don't you ever get that feeling when you walk down the street and people looking out you and you feel down? It's hard and people tell you to join them in losing wight and it dose not work for you at all, at only work for them
