Day 2 248.6 lbs

248.6 lbs today. That means I was in bad shape to lose 3 lbs in a day. This week should be encouraging with good weight loss, but then the hard yards start.

Yesterday I pulled a muscle in my shoulder blade. I can't believe I did something like the right off the bat. I will go to the gym and sit on a bike for my workout. I think that will be easier for me. I will be updating this post throughout the day.

What I have eaten
Subway footlong on flat bread 660 cal
Baked Lays. 120 cal
2 spicy black bean burgers 240 cal
bag of mixed veggies 600
cup of plain yogurt and cerial. 250

Biked for 25:30 min
5 miles
205 cal burned

    I've lost 37 pounds since November and 48.5 pounds total. I've been disciplining my diet, exercising, and going to a Christian acupuncturist. All these things have really helped me a lot. I have at least 35 more pounds to go as well. I'll be keeping up with your journey and I'll update you on mine as well as I continue. Very motivating! Thanks for sharing.
