I know weight goes up and down, but I thought I would make it more than three days before I hit a wall. Oh well. I know it is a journey and not just a week.
Food today:
Breakfast sandwitch from coffee shop - 500 cal
Subway footlong turkey and ham on flatbread - 660 cal
Baked Lays - 120
Yogurt and cereal - 300 cal
Pinapple - 50 cal
Bear claw ice cream and nuts - 170 cal
Worked out 30 minutes at the gym. Used a couple different machines, not sure how many cals burned. Probably 400 or so.

I'm sure you're already doing so, but just in case...are you weighing yourself at the same time every day? 3 days is still way early, don't worry about a pound or two yet! =)
